Concussion Baseline Screen pre - INJURY

This is a group concussion screen for WMHA players. There will be 3 stations that take 10 minutes each. Your player will need to be at the arena 5 minutes before their scheduled time and wait in the bleachers at the zamboni end to be called to do the screen.

Full active assessment of functional lower extremity movements to determine readiness for return to sport. Includes many standardized tests of function such as single leg balance, single leg squats, bridges, side planks, leg press, hops and jumps.
