Michel supports individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or major life transitions. Drawing from both her clinical training and lived experience navigating immigration, cultural identity, and high achievement pressure, she offers a warm and grounded space where clients can reconnect with themselves and the people they love. She is especially passionate about supporting the Spanish-speaking community and helping clients navigate homesickness, identity shifts, loneliness, and emotional wounds with compassion and clarity.

Her approach integrates the Gottman Method for Couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centered, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches to support lasting emotional and relational change.
