AjouterMichelle has always been driven towards working in healthcare, starting with her work as a Medical Office Assistant in 2015 and continuing in her career as a Registered Massage Therapist. She is passionate about being directly involved in a patient’s healthcare and wellness goals and strives to positively impact each person she works with.
Michelle graduated from the 3200 hour Registered Massage Therapy Program at Langara College. She has gained invaluable experience working with patients from all walks of life including: seniors, patients with spinal cord injuries, and people engaged in a variety of sports from running to rock climbing. She takes care to use targeted modalities to suit the needs of the individual patient and condition. She is especially interested in myofascial and active release therapy.

Michelle loves to spend her spare time in the mountains, lakes, and oceans that surround the Lower Mainland. Always on the search for new dog-friendly trails, she will want to know your favourite hikes! Her pup Loki is a regular subject of her other hobby, photography.

Lymphedema Massage Therapy is designed to help manage symptoms associated with lymphedema, including swelling, discomfort, tightness, and reduced range of motion. Treatment focuses on supporting healthy lymphatic flow to reduce fluid buildup, improve circulation, and enhance overall comfort and mobility. As symptoms and severity vary from person to person, each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s needs. This 75-minute initial appointment includes a comprehensive assessment and treatment session. Your therapist will review your health history, assess your symptoms and areas of concern, and develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), exercise, and compression bandaging as appropriate. All taxes are included in the listed price. Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present during the initial assessment.
