She is adept at treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as neck, shoulder and back pain, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, nerve compression syndromes (such as thoracic outlet syndrome), among others.
Miena tailors each treatment plan to match the client’s needs and goals including relaxation, deep tissue work, pre-natal massage, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage.

This powerful combination offers whole-body relaxation with an exceptional focus on calming the mind, loosening tight shoulders, and relieving built-up pressure in the head and neck. Walk out feeling grounded, clear, and deeply renewed from head to toe. Please note: We use avocado oil and high-quality essential oils. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, kindly inform us in advance. Once the oil is applied, your hair will be fully coated and wet. You are welcome to bring a washable toque or hat for after your session.
Our Indie Head Massage is a deeply soothing and therapeutic treatment focused on the neck, shoulders, and scalp.
