**Background** Mina graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in August of 2025 and has spent the winter working at a heliskiing lodge outside of Revelstoke. As a firm believer in the power of movement for both physical and mental health, Mina was drawn to a career as an RMT from an interest in all the mechanisms that enable us to move. **Treatment Style** Client centered care builds the foundation of her practice, recognizing the value of working with her clients to create tailored and adaptable treatment plans. During treatment, clients can expect a combination of active and passive modalities, used to intentionally increase mind-body awareness. Mina has a particular interest in the psychosomatic effects of massage therapy and looks forward to supporting her clients in their healing and self-care journey. **Personal** Outside of her work, Mina enjoys staying active by playing tennis, biking to the beach, and having a dance. She finds joy basking in the sun with a good book, or cooking up a storm in the company of great friends.
