As a Craniosacral Therapist and Certified Embodiment Coach, Miriam helps individuals reconnect with their bodies and cultivate inner resilience to manage stress, pain and chronic symptoms more effectively. Her approach is rooted in the belief that the body-mind connection holds the key to unlocking lasting well-being. Through personalized, body-centered techniques, she guides clients to release tension, build awareness, and develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity. Miriam started her education in wellness over 20 years ago on Maui, Hawaii where she trained to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. When she came home to BC she started working as a Certified Body Worker and throughout her massage career she has completed certificates in craniosacral therapy and reiki, and a diploma in physio and occupational therapy assistance. Miriam is a lifelong learner and her most recent studies have given her certificates in embodiment coaching, integrated somatic trauma therapy, and polyvagal theory in yoga. Miriam is passionate about the integration of mind, body, and spirit to bring about whole person wellness. She has a 3 pronged approach that incorporates hands-on healing (craniosacral therapy), facilitated healing (embodiment coaching), and independent healing (somatic movement and emotional journalling practices).
