Their own words
Mohammad is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and specializes in working with adolescents and young adults (ages 10 - 35) across both clinical and educational settings. His work focuses primarily on anxiety-related concerns, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, ADHD, depression, stress, burnout, overthinking, perfectionism, and self-esteem difficulties. He also supports clients navigating school stress, academic pressure, procrastination, relationship challenges, family conflict, and major life transitions. He has a particular interest in anxiety disorders and ADHD, helping clients better understand the patterns that contribute to distress and develop more flexible, effective, and values-aligned ways of coping. His therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Logotherapy, with additional training through the Beck Institute. He integrates mindfulness and values-based interventions to help clients respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, build practical coping tools, and move toward meaningful change. Mohammad is known for his warm, thoughtful, and grounded presence. He offers therapy that is both compassionate and practical, helping clients build resilience, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence. He also brings cultural sensitivity to conversations involving faith, family expectations, and questions of identity and belonging.
