I've always been fascinated by why behaviour change can feel so difficult, even when we know exactly what we "should" be doing. Whether it's getting to bed on time, exercising consistently, preparing healthy meals, taking medication, or following through on a treatment plan, knowing what to do is often the easy part. Turning that knowledge into lasting habits is where many people get stuck, and that's where I love to help. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in behavioural science. I enjoy helping people understand what is getting in the way, breaking large goals into manageable steps, and creating practical strategies that fit their real lives. My goal is never perfection. It's helping people build systems and routines that make healthy choices feel more sustainable and less overwhelming. Many of the people I work with are navigating a recent health diagnosis or a new treatment plan. Whether you've recently been diagnosed with diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, or another chronic health condition, I can help you translate recommendations into realistic, day-to-day habits. Together, we focus on building routines that support lasting change and make it easier to follow through with the care plan you've developed with your healthcare team. While much of my current practice focuses on sleep and insomnia, I also support clients with nutrition habits, exercise consistency, medication adherence, organizational skills, stress management, and reducing alcohol, cannabis, and tobacco use. I especially enjoy working with people who know what they need to do but are having difficulty making it stick. Outside of work, you'll usually find me hiking, camping, gardening, playing volleyball, travelling, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I'm endlessly curious about behaviour change and love helping people discover practical, sustainable ways to improve their health.

Settle into the stillness of the forest and the soft glow of candlelight in this deeply grounding 60-minute yin yoga practice. Designed as a gentle close to the work week, we’ll move through a series of long-held postures (3 to 5 minutes each), focusing on the yin areas of the body - hips, legs, pelvis and lower spine. Postures are practiced seated or lying down with mindfulness woven throughout. Consider this a weekly ritual to return home to yourself - to slow your pace, soften your edges, release tension and reconnect to your inner landscape. Come as you are. No experience necessary. All bodies and levels welcome.
