What does a session with me look like?
Coming from a biology and psychology background, I understand the importance of your body and how it attributes to the health of your mind. What that can look like is breathe work, or simple body movements. I also believe in equal work, in which some exploration and journaling may be required. I believe in taking small, 2mm actions to help shift behaviours to becoming the person you aspire to be, so we’d work together in coming up with actions and goals and monitor the progress. However, if you just need someone one to talk to, I can be that for you too.
