About Monica
Their own wordsAre you feeling overwhelmed by life’s ups and downs, unsure of how to cope with the challenges in front of you? Perhaps you’re navigating stress, emotional struggles, or difficulties at school or in daily life. You may want to feel more balanced, understood, and in control—but right now, that can feel hard to reach. Taking the step to seek support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone.
I offer a respectful, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself and explore what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll work through past and present challenges, helping you build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful personal growth. Whether you’re facing emotional regulation difficulties, school-related concerns, or navigating neurodivergence such as ADHD, we’ll approach your experiences with care and curiosity.
My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and grounded in attachment-focused work. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS). Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and values while building resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.
You deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Therapy can be a meaningful step toward greater balance, understanding, and positive change. I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether we’re a good fit and begin your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
