My role with you is to help reduce the fog on your journey to help you find your path towards happiness and help support you using empirically proven psychological methods. I provide a safe nonjudgmental place where you can allow yourself to be vulnerable and work through any of the obstacles in your way.
I have a broad base of training and experience working with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, anger and stress management, and conflict resolution. I also have extensive experience treating individuals who have experienced trauma, relationship difficulties, and are struggling with issues such as PTSD and depression.
