Luke became a true believer in the healing power of massage after suffering from a whiplash injury. After receiving his first ever RMT treatment he was back on his surfboard two days later. He went on to complete his own RMT education at the M.H. Vickers School of Massage Therapy and now works with clients in Whistler. Luke understands many different types of injuries through personal experience. This allows him to bring a customized treatment plan resulting in the best outcome for his client’s needs. In addition to working with all types of people, Luke also has experience with professional athletes. Prior to becoming an RMT, Luke spent his early days forest fire fighting across BC and continues to commit his time to the Whistler POC fire rescue and Blackcomb Volunteer Ski Patrol, where he is regularly trained in first aid and other emergency life-saving skills. Luke returned to Whistler in 2006 with his wife and two kids, after having spent much of his early 20’s living and riding these mountains every day. In his spare time he enjoys walking his dog Chili, spending time with his family and skiing, surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding when time allows.
