You must be a current client and have been into the clinic in the last 3 months or less for the same area of injury. This appointment is for an in-clinic appointment.

Please choose this option if you've been in a recent motor vehicle accident and your injuries fall within the Minor Injury Guidelines listed below: Sprain, Strain, Whiplash associated disorder, Contusion, Abrasion, Laceration, Subluxation. Fractures and more complex injuries, including concussions may not fall under the Minor Injury Guidelines. The fee includes the initial paperwork that your physiotherapist must complete for the insurance company.

Please choose this option if you've been involved in a car accident and sustained injuries that are not predominately a minor injury, such as: fractures, concussions, any injury requiring surgery, amputations or chronic pain, as they typically do not come within the MIG.

Our Return to Sport Assessment is based on the latest evidence-based research as well as our clinical expertise. The Return to Sport Assessment is most often used following rehabilitation for an ACL repair, but may be appropriate following other significant injuries and/or surgical procedures.
