Routine chiropractic adjustment visit for ages 18-64. ***If you are new to TFC, please book as a new patient with Dr. Elizabeth. ***Patients returning for care after more than 6 months (but less than 2 years) OR have had a major new injury (ie. car accident or major fall) must book an extended appt.***

This complimentary session includes 15 minutes with Dr. Elizabeth to learn about your potential practitioner and how treatment may benefit you. This also provides time for any remaining questions you may have regarding chiropractic treatment.

This complimentary session includes 15 minutes with Moe to learn about your potential practitioner, the philosophy and practice of reiki, and how treatment may benefit you. This also provides time for any remaining questions you may have regarding a reiki session.

This appointment is for the exam for custom made orthotics. There is a $200 deposit for ordering custom orthotics. The remaining balance to a total of $450 (or more for specialty orders) will be paid when the orthotics are dispensed. *** Intake forms must be completed prior to appt***

This appointment is for your custom made orthotic fitting. Please bring your shoes to the appointment. The balance owed will be due at this appointment. Your insurance package will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company (if applicable). *** TFC staff will contact to book.
