Sally's interest in health, movement, and the human body led her to complete a Bachelor's of Human Kinetics. Years later, still with an undying interest in health and a growing curiosity for alternatives to achieving well-being, she completed a Diploma of Registered Massage Therapy at Langara College. Her passion lies with aiding patients in their restoration of health and improving their quality of life. She has worked with pregnant women, patients with spinal cord injuries, athletes, dancers, hospice patients, and everyone in between. The common techniques she uses include Swedish massage, myofascial release/induction, joint mobilizations, and stretching techniques.
