About Naima
I am a Master’s level psychology student currently completing my Spirituality and Psychotherapy at St. Stephen’s College. My education has deepened my understanding of the complexity of human experience and the meaningful ways emotional, cultural, and spiritual dimensions intersect in mental health and healing.
I believe the therapy space should be safe, welcoming, and inviting, where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. I am passionate about creating a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and respected. Therapy is a shared process, and I approach this work with care, curiosity, and compassion.
I work with children and adults, meeting each person where they are in their journey. My approach is grounded in deep listening, cultural humility, and a respect for diverse identities and backgrounds. I value the integration of spirituality when it is meaningful to the client and see spiritual reflection as a potential source of strength, grounding, and insight within the therapeutic process.
I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space for individuals from all walks of life. Whether you are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, questions of meaning, or spiritual exploration, I strive to support you in a way that honours your values, beliefs, and personal experiences.
I look forward to meeting you where you are and supporting you on your journey toward greater clarity, balance, and wellbeing.
