A graduate from the Canadian College of Hydrotherapy & Massage (CCMH) in Toronto 2015 and Ontario College of Health and Technology (OCHT) in 2017 and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in good standing.

Nancy is known for Myofascial Release/Deep Tissue techniques, providing treatment for Chronic Pain, General Relaxation, Postural Issues/Pain, various Musculoskeletal conditions, stress relief, anxiety, and Mental Health issues. Nancy is certified in Trauma Informed Care, Post Covid Rehabilitation, and Mental Health First Aid.

Indulge in our "No Stone Left Unturned - 2 Hour Massage. Discuss areas of concern or focus with your RMT during intake, your therapist may perform a variety of Deep tissue, Swedish and other techniques, full body and may include head, hands and feet.
Hot Stones are incorporated into massage treatment, warming and softening tense areas often preparing the area for deeper work with less pressure required from the therapist. While most massage techniques are safe for most people; it’s important to inform your RMT of any medications, conditions or injuries and tolerance to heat; to ensure Hot Stone is right for you.

At each appointment your RMT will inquire about pertinent health history information; areas of focus, injuries or conditions. You may share and discuss your style preferences and essential oil options with your RMT - Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Relaxation, Swedish Massage. Your RMT may use coconut oil mixed with various essential oils, ie. Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Massage Gel, and/or “Moor Spa Tension Balm” (infused with a blend of Shea Butter, Peppermint, Melissa, Chamomile, Rosemary, Lavender, Feverfew, Linden Blossom, Ginger and Magnesium). Let your RMT know if you have any allergies or sensitivities.
