About Nancy
Their own wordsEducation & Credentials:
- Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University
- Bachelor of Honours in Life Sciences, double majoring in Biological & Nutritional Sciences from University of Toronto
Nancy has always been skilled in working with her hands, such as drawing & painting. Equally, she has always excelled in sciences. But it wasn’t until after she graduated from undergrad that she explored the career path of Physiotherapy. After completing a volunteer opportunity at a local clinic, she was really impressed by her mentor’s hands-on skills. And thought Physiotherapy is the perfect combination of science & artistry.
Nancy is highly skilled & detail-oriented in assessment & treatment. She uses a multi-modal approach for optimal outcomes, including a creative balance of advanced hands-on techniques. Additionally, she uses her creativity & keen eye for postural & body movement analyses to create personalized treatment plans jointly with her patients.
As an advocate of health promotion & disease prevention, she not only helps individuals get back to what they love doing most, but also facilitates the necessary skills for life-long health & well-being. Given her expert biological & nutritional sciences background, she has a strong foundational knowledge in the theories of the human body & systems.
In her free time, you will find Nancy enjoying the sun at the local beaches, decorating & organizing her space, & learning how to care for her plants!

“Consider this option if you want enough time to treat 2 unrelated injuries on the same visit. Time allotted to each injury can be customized, ie. 60% for back, 40% for ankle.
Or consider this option if you are simply looking for a longer treatment.
This service includes:
1) A 5-min re-assessment.
2) A 1-on-1 45-50-min treatment with the physio or longer; consisting of manual therapy, education, & progression/modification of your exercise program.
3) Other modalities, ie. K-taping, manipulation, & acupuncture may be performed, contingent on your Physio's discretion & skillset. Please read their profiles to learn more!”PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSESSMENT & TREATMENTNew patient
“Book this service if this is your first physio visit with us. Or if you are an existing patient with a completely new problem, or if it has been longer than 6 months.
This service includes:
1) A 10-20-min comprehensive assessment. Most information is collected beforehand via an online intake form. A MSK examination will assess your posture, range of motion, joint & soft tissue mobility, & functional movements.
2) A detailed analysis & working physio diagnosis will be communicated to you.
3) A 1-on-1 30-min treatment with the physio or longer; consisting of manual therapy, education, & a personalized home exercise program.”PHYSIOTHERAPY PELVIC HEALTH ASSESSMENT & TREATMENTNew patient
“Book this service if this is your first pelvic physio visit with us. Or if it has been longer than 6 months.
This service includes:
1) A 10-20-min comprehensive assessment. Most information is collected beforehand via an online intake form. A MSK examination will assess your posture, range of motion, joint & soft tissue mobility, & functional movements.
2) An internal examination will assess physical dysfunction of the pelvic floor muscles, such as muscle tone & functional strength. For instance, you might be experiencing painful intercourse because your pelvic floor muscles are excessively over-active. In this instance, your physio will teach you strategies to relax the muscles at rest.
3) A detailed analysis & working physio diagnosis will be communicated to you.
4) A 1-on-1 30-min treatment with the physio or longer; consisting of manual therapy, education, & a personalized home exercise program.
Although it is highly recommended an internal examination & treatment be completed on the first visit; if you rather forgo it, it can just be done externally!”PHYSIOTHERAPY PELVIC HEALTH TREATMENT
“This service includes:
1) A 5-min re-assessment.
2) A 1-on-1 45-50-min treatment with the physio or longer; consisting of manual therapy, education, & progression/modification of your exercise program. Treatment typically includes both (MSK) & internal (pelvic floor) techniques. These techniques mainly involve the hands. Occasionally, tools such as, dilators or pelvic floor trainers, might be used when indicated. An internal treatment does not have to be performed each time if you rather forgo it.
3) Other modalities, ie. K-taping, manipulation, & acupuncture may be performed, contingent on your Physio's discretion & skillset. Please read their profiles to learn more!”PHYSIOTHERAPY SHORT TREATMENT
“Consider this option if you are following up with the same straight-forward problem you have been receiving treatment for. You are looking for some continued manual therapy, or a review/progression of your exercises, but there won’t be time for both. Instead, consider booking the “STANDARD TREATMENT".
This service includes:
1) A 5-min re-assessment.
2) A 1-on-1 20-min treatment with the physio or longer; consisting of primarily manual therapy. You may also request to focus on review/progression of exercises instead.”PHYSIOTHERAPY STANDARD TREATMENTFollow-up
“The recommended choice for follow-ups! Allows ample time for treating your main injury, & an opportunity for treating another unrelated injury. Consider booking the "EXTENDED TREATMENT" if you want to comprehensively treat 2 injuries.
This service includes:
1) A 5-min re-assessment.
2) A 1-on-1 30-35-min treatment with the physio or longer; consisting of manual therapy, education, & progression/modification of your exercise program.
3) Other modalities, ie. K-taping, manipulation, & acupuncture may be performed, contingent on your Physio's discretion & skillset. Please read their profiles to learn more!”Openings checked 34 min ago · prices come straight from the clinic — never marked up
