Natalie Freeman, RP (Qualifying)
Cambridge, ON & Virtual Across Ontario
Natalie is a compassionate therapist who supports individuals navigating grief, women’s intimacy concerns, body image, burnout, emotional disconnection, and work-life-family balance. She helps clients reconnect with themselves, process complex emotions, and build more fulfilling relationships in both their personal and professional lives.
Her approach integrates Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and polyvagal- and somatic-based practices to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and mind-body connection. Natalie works collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, strengthen self-compassion, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
Natalie creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to reconnect, restore balance, and move toward greater emotional clarity and well-being. Natalie is currently welcoming new clients for in-person sessions in Cambridge and virtual sessions across Ontario and Canada.
