About Natasha
Their own wordsAccepting new clients - Are you feeling weighed down by trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, or relationship challenges? You may also be navigating the complexities of racial identity, cultural expectations, or the emotional toll of being a BIPOC individual in spaces that don’t always feel safe or affirming. These experiences can deeply affect self esteem, emotional wellbeing, and relationships. Managing daily life, work, or family responsibilities while carrying this can feel exhausting and isolating, but you do not have to face it alone.
I offer individual and couples therapy in a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space, integrating CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and other evidence based approaches. This trauma informed framework allows therapy to be tailored to your needs while supporting insight, growth, and healthier relationship patterns.
If any of this resonates, you are welcome to reach out. I offer a free consultation as a low pressure way to connect, ask questions, and see if we are a good fit. You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and aligned with your values, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you at your pace.
