I offer a collaborative and compassionate space where we can make sense of your experiences together. You know your life better than anyone. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care as we gently explore how the past may be showing up in the present, and make space for the parts of you that haven’t always had room to be seen or heard.
My approach is grounded in human-centred, relational, and psychodynamic practices, supported by an anti-oppressive framework. As a queer, neurodivergent, and biracial therapist, I hold deep respect for the complexity of identity and the ways our histories shape how we navigate the world. I’m committed to creating a space where all of who you are is welcomed and affirmed.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, making meaning of your story, and exploring what healing might look like on your own terms.
