Welcome to my profile! I am a fully-licensed RCC with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. In addition, I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling. I am also a first-generation immigrant who speaks fluent Punjabi and Hindi. I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach to my counselling. I believe in creating a nurturing environment for my clients as they explore their mental health. As we navigate our inner and outer world, it can be comforting to find someone who can help us feel safe in our exploration.

My core strength as a counsellor is to help clients develop their own insights. My therapeutic

approach is based on a holistic model of well-being. This means we engage with our mind and body to identify old patterns and learn new coping skills and ways of being. I would be honoured to be on this journey with you, and support you in your endeavour for better mental wellness.
