Neda Khaledi has an extensive background in kinesiology and is a former university professor with over 14 years of experience in exercise science and functional health assessment. She holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology and specializes in comprehensive postural, fitness, and functional assessments, with a focus on active rehabilitation and long-term functional improvement. Her expertise includes designing individualized exercise and movement programs for older adults and individuals with chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and musculoskeletal imbalance. She works with clients across the continuum of care — from sub-acute recovery and injury management through active rehabilitation and into sustained functional health and independent activity. Neda uses evidence-based practices to optimize mobility, enhance functional capacity, and promote safe, effective movement strategies that support both clinical and wellness goals. Her approach bridges assessment, rehabilitation, and performance to support overall health, quality of life, and return to meaningful activities.

CLINICAL ICBC KINESIOLOGY - your Kinesiologist will let you know how often follow up sessions are required. This is usually communicated towards the end of the Initial In-Person Assessment. Follow-Up session are important as it not only enhances recovery, but also gives the Kinesiologist a better understanding of what changes/additions need to be included in your rehabilitation program.
IN-PERSON ICBC KINESIOLOGY - Through assessment of your symptoms and observation of your movement, we can help figure out what is going on, issue at hand and decide how to proceed in terms of exercises and general treatment.
