I graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage School, Class of 2022. Though interested in massage, it was the experience of getting a massage at the Calgary Stampede which led me to finally pursue this path.

I am excited to work together with my growing client base. Together with my bachelors in Kinesiology and exercise experience, I aim to take a movement based approach to complement my treatments.

I excel in my application of Sport Massage while also being skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Fascial, Joint Mobilization, Joint Health, Scar, Reflexology, Cupping, and Stretch techniques.
