My therapeutic approach is grounded in Adlerian Psychotherapy, with an integration of attachment-based, trauma-healing/sensitive, sensory-based, developmental neuroscience- and evidence-based modalities with a focus on insight, relational dynamics, Inner Child work, nervous system regulation, and practical behavioural changes.
I graduated from my Master of Counselling Psychology program in 2012 from Adler University, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#7447) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I am also an adjunct professor at City University and Adler University.
