When we are feeling crushed by stress, indecision, scared of things not working out, unable to lead a life that we feel is meaningful, get into conflicts (or running away from conflicts) that has ripped relationships apart, and emotional dysregulation, our sessions will help you feel more grounded in your true Self, anchor into what is important to you, experience healthy and connecting relationships, and doing meaningful and purposeful work.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Adlerian Psychotherapy, with an integration of attachment-based, trauma-healing/sensitive, sensory-based, developmental neuroscience- and evidence-based modalities with a focus on insight, relational dynamics, Inner Child work, nervous system regulation, and practical behavioural changes.
I graduated from my Master of Counselling Psychology program in 2012 from Adler University, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#7447) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I am also an adjunct professor at City University and Adler University.
