Approach: Warm, practical, and collaborative. I focus on strengths and skills that help kids feel confident and capable at home and school.
Therapies: CBT, ACT, and tailored strategies based on each client’s needs.
Schedule for in person and virtual sessions:
- Mondays 3-8pm - In person and virtual
- Fridays 1-5pm - In person and virtual
Credentials: Registered Psychologist. Supervised by Dr. Jessica Kurta as part of my advanced training in the Doctor of Education (School Psychology) program at the University of Toronto.

We offer assessments for children, teens, and young adults (ages 6–25), including ADHD, autism, and learning assessments. If you’re unsure what type of assessment may be the best fit or where to start, this is a great place to begin. In this 15-minute call, you’ll speak with our Practice Coordinator, who can: • briefly talk through your concerns • help clarify the type of assessment • guide you on next steps • answer questions about the process and booking No preparation is needed—just come as you are. This is a simple, low-pressure way to get started.
