The “PHYSICAL” physical exam. Like the idea of a yearly physical exam with your doctor, however it is oriented specifically to assess each joint in your body and its current capacity. FRA is a measurement based assessment system that provides objective measures of an individual’s movement capacity for each and every joint in the body. This then guides the construction of an advanced program to improve upon joint capacity and function where it is needed. Upper or lower body assessments are 2 hours. Full body assessments require 3 hours. These sessions can be broken up into 1 hour appointments for insurance purposes.
Pre-class screening and joint assessment for those registered for the eight-week Kinstretch class cycle. This session will take place virtually over Zoom.
In-person physiotherapy assessment for new clients or existing clients with new injuries/concerns.
IMPORTANT NOTE: 30 minute appointments can only be booked in the smaller 30 minute time slots. If a 30 minute appointment is booked in a 1 hour time slot your appointment time will be moved to the soonest available 30 minute time slot. We do not book back-to-back patient appointments in effort to offer you the best client care we can. As such, we cannot have two 30 minute bookings in the one hour time slots and rather need to reserve the one hour openings for one hour appointments. Please only select the smaller 30 minute openings when booking. If you see back-to-back 30 minute openings, that means it is a one hour time slot.
