His approach blends multiple therapeutic techniques, including myofascial release therapy, proprioceptive neuromusclular facilitation therapy, hydrotherapy, deep tissue, Swedish, and aromatherapy treatments, to create a holistic, customized experience for every client.
With a deep interest in body movement, Nicholas is also a dedicated martial artist, a practice that enhances his understanding of the body’s mechanics and health. This background allows him to incorporate a unique perspective into his therapeutic work, ensuring his clients receive not just relief, but a path to long-term wellness.

Cupping therapy involves the application of plastic cups on the skin using a pump-like applicator to adjust the level of suction. The cups can stay in place and/or be manually manipulated by the RMT using a variety of techniques to lift and spread the tissue. This increases circulation at a superficial level and specifically targets the fascial layer between the skin and the muscles to reduce adhesions and pain, increase range of motion and improve posture.
