Nicholas is an honor roll graduate of the prestigious VCMT and a Graston Technique®-certified practitioner, with a strong foundation in health and movement, complemented by his certification as a personal trainer. Nicholas offers a range of massage therapy modalities, including therapeutic and deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, Graston Technique® and IASTM, and joint mobilization techniques. Treatments are tailored to each client’s needs, whether the goal is stress relief, improved mobility, recovery from physical activity, or management of muscle tension and discomfort. Born and raised in Abbotsford, he enjoys staying active through hockey and martial arts, and values time spent reading or being with family and friends. Nicholas also loves to travel, whether exploring the beauty of British Columbia or visiting destinations abroad.
