He is trained in various techniques, including relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, TMJ/intraoral techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). Nicholas has also completed a course in general Swedish massage. His specialty lies in determining the least amount of pressure needed to facilitate muscle release, aiming to create a relaxing experience with therapeutic benefits. Additionally, he is able to provide deep pressure upon request. When at home, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his cockatiel, guinea pig, cat, and dog.
