Hello and welcome! With nearly a decade of experience, I help my clients build a life that feels aligned with their goals, values, and the person they want to become.
Change doesn’t usually come from one big breakthrough. It comes from small, consistent steps. My approach to therapy focuses on helping you develop those steps in a way that feels realistic, manageable, and sustainable over time.
I work with individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life stressors. Together, we focus on building structure, strengthening confidence, and creating a clear sense of direction. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), exposure-based therapy, and behavioural activation.
I believe therapy should not only provide insight, but also help you take meaningful action in a way that feels grounded and aligned with your values.
Outside of my work, I enjoy staying active, playing sports, and continuing to challenge myself through learning and personal growth. I tend to bring a grounded, straightforward, and warm approach into sessions, creating a space that feels both productive and comfortable.
