Nicole is a proud graduate of the Camosun College Massage Therapy program. She graduated in 2021 and has spent 2 years practicing in the Camosun student clinic and is excited to bring her knowledge and skills to Lakeside. Nicole brings a variety of techniques to her treatments including Myofascial release, Swedish, Petrissage, Trigger point release, Joint mobilizations and active/passive stretching. Nicole provides a individualized treatment to each client to achieve an effective and relaxing massage. She also provides personalized home-care at the end of treatment to aid in reaching clients goals.
