About Nicole
Nicole is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Her approach to care is evidence-informed and individualized, with a focus on addressing pain and functional impairments, supporting rehabilitation, improving mobility, and helping clients feel more confident in movement.
Her practice blends therapeutic massage with a movement-focused approach to care. Nicole works with a wide range of clients, from desk workers managing postural tension and persistent aches to weekend warriors and athletes navigating training, recovery, and return to activity. She enjoys understanding how a client’s work, sport, lifestyle, and movement demands may be contributing to their presentation and uses this information to help guide treatment.
Depending on the client’s needs and goals, Nicole’s treatments may incorporate Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, and other therapeutic approaches. She is also certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST), allowing her to incorporate assisted, movement-based stretching to support mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement quality.
Nicole’s longstanding background in Muay Thai, both as a practitioner and instructor, helped shape her interest in movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Her own active lifestyle continues to influence her appreciation for the importance of maintaining strength and mobility throughout different stages of life.
Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys running, swimming, strength training, and walking her Samoyed, Astro. When she isn’t moving, she appreciates a good book, coffee, and watching NFL on Sunday.
She believes that long-term well-being requires a balance between movement and recovery—and brings that same philosophy to helping clients stay active, manage discomfort, and continue doing the things that matter to them.
