She is trained in the art of Orthopedic Massage, where her approach is to increase mobility, reduce pain and calm the nervous system, which can be an integral part of healing from within.
Nicole is passionate about working with clients who experience pain, tension and who are focused on creating a healthy active lifestyle, at any age. She believes in collaborative healthcare and finds it is most beneficial to the client by helping them to feel alive and on track to 'their' best.
