My name is Nicole and I am a member of the Ahousaht First Nations. I have had the pleasure of living working and playing on the traditional territories of the Snuneymuxw First Nations for the past 15 years supporting children, youth and families. I understand the challenges that people go through on the day-to-day and and my passion is to support people on their wellness journey.

I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I start by understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I can help you put a plan in place to support you moving forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. I offer a safe space with in-person, virtual or teletherapy services to suit your schedule.

Helping people live a better life is my passion. It might mean learning to set boundaries, working through a loss, life transition or helping you change a pattern of behaviour that is keeping you stuck. Cancellation Policy: Please provide as much notice as possible if you are sick or need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to 100% of the appointment fee, no shows or subsequent late cancellations are subject to the full appointment fee.
