Nicolle Maloney supports people at all stages of healing and from all walks of life, meeting each client with thoughtful care, curiosity, and a grounded approach. While she works with a wide range of concerns, her interests lean toward active and athletic massage, injury recovery, and post surgical rehabilitation, whether recent or longstanding. Her treatments blend myofascial and Swedish massage with more focused therapeutic techniques such as trigger point release, muscle energy, and active and passive release, while always leaving space for the relaxation side of care. Sessions are collaborative and practical, often weaving in strength and mobility support to help clients carry the work beyond the treatment room. Known for her easygoing nature and calm, comfortable presence, Nicolle brings a professional yet relaxed approach that helps clients feel at ease and supported from the moment they arrive. She values creating trust through connection and believes great care happens when people feel both listened to and involved in their healing. With a strong interest in pain science and neurology, she is fascinated by the ways physical, psychological, and social factors shape recovery. Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her out four wheeling, hiking with her dog Max, paddleboarding, wrenching, or around a bonfire with friends and family. And yes, she can still play hacky sack like it’s the early 2000s.

A focused Registered Massage Therapy session using craniosacral techniques to support nervous system regulation and fascial release. This approach works with tissue patterns in a responsive, non-forceful way, allowing the body space to settle and reorganize. You’ll remain fully clothed. The work is quiet, intentional, and whole-body oriented (not just a scalp massage!) May be supportive for ongoing pain care, stress recovery, headaches, or maintenance between longer sessions.

Craniosacral therapy is offered as a Registered Massage Therapy treatment. It is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system and fascial system to support regulation and recovery. Liz integrates a nervous system informed approach alongside principles from Biodynamic Fascial Integration, recognizing how the body stores stress and protective patterns over time. Sessions are slow and responsive to your system. You’ll remain fully clothed while hands-on techniques are used to work with tension patterns throughout the body. This is not a head massage, but a whole-body treatment focused on supporting the body’s natural capacity to reorganize. Often helpful for persistent pain, headaches, concussion recovery, stress overload, or when you feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted with more forceful approaches.
