Meet Nidhi, a Registered Physiotherapist who began her career treating patients with fractures, sprain/strains, and pre & post op physiotherapy. She eventually developed a niche working with kids, and athletes returning to sport. Her treatment approach is rooted in empowering patients with knowledge so that they can guide their own care. Nidhi understands how frustrating pain can be in everyday tasks, and in leading a healthy lifestyle, so she works with patients to set stepwise goals towards recovery. Furthermore, her priority is tailoring therapy such that it is practical to integrate into your life. Nidhi takes pride in professional development through continuing education. She has taken courses in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) program level 1, and 2 (lower body). Having a lifelong passion for sports, for 15 years, Nidhi enjoyed practicing and teaching Taekwondo, and swimming. Outside the clinic, you will find her strength training, dancing Garba (a traditional dance), and experimenting with new recipes.
