SaveNiki has always had a passion for helping others and a deep interest in how the body and mind connect. After spending over 15 years in the corporate world, she experienced firsthand the toll that desk work and stress can take on the body. This inspired her to pursue a more fulfilling path—one that allowed her to help others find balance and relief through Massage Therapy.
Niki graduated from Oxford College in Burlington with a Diploma in Massage Therapy and has been a practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2022. She believes that optimal well-being comes from caring for both the physical and mental aspects of health, and she integrates this philosophy into every treatment.

Niki has worked with a wide range of clients, including those dealing with chronic pain, stress, and postural issues related to office work. She uses a combination of techniques such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stretching, and Remedial Exercise to tailor each session to her client’s unique needs.
Her goal is to create a supportive and therapeutic environment that helps her clients feel their best—both physically and mentally.
