I graduated from CDI College in November 2010 with over 2200hrs of schooling. I chose this field because I enjoy helping others. I have come to find a lot of my treatments focus on the upper body to which I can relate.
I feel that life is about balance and the same goes for our bodies and well-being. When the balance is off, it affects how we move every day. By being a therapist, I am able to give back what I am continuously learning about making ourselves better and healthier.
I have always been one who loves being outside and staying active, and I know that in order to keep moving and feeling at my best, a balance with life and health is very important.
