Nikole Watson
SaveNikole graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology (2016) and a Master of Physical Therapy (2023). Her interest in rehabilitation was sparked by her own experiences navigating injuries. Having earned her black belt in martial arts at a young age, she developed an appreciation for the resilience and adaptability of the body and a lifelong interest in movement.

As a clinician, Nikole is dedicated to blending hands-on skills with evidence-based practice. She holds a certification in Biomedical Dry Needling (2025) and has contributed to published osteoarthritis research (2026), allowing her to bring the latest clinical insights to her patients. She has a special interest in orthopaedic rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, corrective exercise, headaches, and pain management.
Outside of the clinic, Nikole can be found exploring the outdoors with her dog or bugging her partner to help with her latest home project. She has a love for yoga, nature, weight lifting, and aerial sports including hoop and pole dance.
