Hi, my name is Nimisha, but I go by Misha (she/her) and I'm the owner of Lotus Garden Counselling. I built this practice with the sole intention of helping other people reclaim their approach to life with hope and confidence. As a survivor of cPTSD, I get it. I know what it's like to feel as if you're losing touch with yourself and with others. Outside of my lived experiences, I have received significant training in trauma-focused treatment models, hence why I specialize in providing trauma-focused psychotherapy. I'm a seasoned therapist with over a decade experience. Whether it's childhood/attachment issues, sexual/physical trauma, conflict in your relationship, or job-related injuries (shout out to my fellow helping professionals), I'm here to provide you with a safe space to process experiences and build the skills to recalibrate your nervous system.
