Since becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2001, Nina has been interested in how postural realignment can change the patterns of pain and tension throughout the body. At the heart of her practice, she utilizes these specific relationships to assist her clients to live more balanced and pain-free while relaxing, working, and being active. Guided by her assessment, she uses Myofascial and Trigger Point methods, blended with relaxing Swedish techniques, to release restrictions and restore function. This approach can benefit repetitive strains, headaches, neck, shoulder and knee discomfort as well as lower back pain and sciatica. She wants her clients to feel confident with their homecare and feel in control throughout their healing process, so providing education, to maintain relief, is an important element.
