My counselling practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, trauma informed, harm reduction, and strength-based perspectives. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples in their journey to healing and self-improvement.
I provide online therapy services in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia. My counselling practice draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Compassionate Inquiry, Narrative therapy, and Solution-focused therapy, among others. I can help with issues related to gender and sexuality diversity, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, trauma, sexual therapy, interracial relationships, spiritual ambivalence, school/work/life stress, racial based trauma, life transitions…..

My bio-psychosocial approach looks at the whole person, so together, we will dive into all aspects of who you are: physical, mental, social, and spiritual; past, present, and future. Collaboratively, we will navigate struggles, challenges, and/or areas of your life that you would like to see transformed.
All sessions are through Zoom., please note NIna resides in Alberta. When booking on-line appointments please be aware of the time change. Session times reflect Saskatchewan time. Weekdays Nina is not available prior to 6pm Saskatchewan time.

EMI session
Early childhood parent consultation for the parent/s of children 5 and under. Assist with parenting , childhood issues, resources, and developmental psychoeducation. This session is 50 minutes long.

You are booking in with Ramona for a four week Women's Domestic Violence program, that runs every Monday August 3, 10, 17 and 24, from 5 to 7pm. Cost is $200 per evening for the 2 hour session. We will book the remaining three Mondays for you.
