Her clinical framework is grounded in child development, attachment, and trauma theories, and she is experienced in various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Attachment Focused Family Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Her approach is always trauma sensitive, flexible, and tailored to each client's needs.
