I am a trauma-informed counsellor who believes in the healing power of genuine human connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people grow when they feel truly seen and understood. I support clients in slowing down, gaining clarity, and reconnecting with their inner strength.
I work with adults, teens, and families, with a special focus on:
• trauma and PTSD
• anxiety and overthinking
• relationship patterns and attachment
• self-criticism, shame, and identity struggles
• immigration and cultural adjustment
• life transitions and stress
I use evidence-based approaches—including EMDR Therapy, CBT, and parts-informed work—while keeping sessions deeply human, authentic, and tailored to each person’s needs. My background as a teacher and my experience living and working in different countries help me understand diverse stories and create a safe, non-judgmental space.
