About Olivia
Their own wordsOlivia Armstrong, MA, RCC, CCC
If you’re looking for therapy that goes beyond symptom management and supports deeper, lasting change, you’re in the right place. I strive to create an emotionally safe, attuned space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface and reconnect with your own capacity for healing.
My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in the nervous system. I integrate EMDR, somatic/embodied interventions, and emotionally focused work to help you understand patterns shaped by adverse experiences and attachment relationships—and to build more flexible, supportive ways of relating to yourself and others.
I’m committed to centring your agency and honouring your lived experience through cultural humility and a queer-affirming lens.
