AjouterI am a passionate human dedicated to fostering an equitable, inclusive, and accountable space and practice that affirms and supports all 2SLGBTQ+, BIPOC, abilities and bodies, sex workers, BDSM and kinky humans, and those with intersecting identities and lived experiences.
This includes my roles in supporting community reintegration initiatives for persons with incarceration experiences, federal penitentiary support groups, non-profit organizations, early childhood education, and the public and private mental health sectors.

I offer a holistic, humorous, and curious approach to healing, and reconnecting humans with their mind, body, and stories. My practice entails collaboration, psycho-education, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, EFT, MI, Gottman Method, Person-Centred, and Feminist modalities - rooted in trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and sex + pleasure-positive principles.
Areas of interest include: relational diversity (non-monogamy, poly, open, etc.), sexuality, BDSM/kink, 2SLGBTQ+ concerns, neurodiversity (ADHD & Autism), grief, life transitions, identity development, divorce/separation, addictions, and support for incarceration reintegration/post criminal justice system involvement.
I am located on Treaty 7 territory in Mohkinstsis (Calgary), accepting new clients across Treaties 6, 7, and and 8 boundaries (Alberta). At this time, I am unavailable for clients that are currently involved in legal proceedings, mediation, or legal report writing.

An education and counselling group for neurodivergent (ADHD & Autistic) young adults ages 18-24. This group runs on Wednesday evenings from September 10 to October 29. Registration is for all 8 sessions for a total price of $540.
