Olivia believes in a client-centred approach to therapy as each person's experiences are unique to them as they are the experts in their own life through all seasons of change. This approach allows for collaboration to help clients explore their needs and wants when it comes to the therapeutic process. Olivia's goal is to help increase positive coping mechanisms while helping to build one’s resilience and self esteem
In sessions Olivia creates a safe welcoming environment for the client to express their needs however they come.
