AjouterPamela has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1997, bringing experience, skill and interpersonal warmth to her treatment room. Each massage is tailored specifically to your concerns using a variety of techniques such as: trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, neuromuscular therapy and joint mobilizations as well as therapeutic exercise and home care suggestions.
Pamela will determine massage pressure based on your tolerance, preference as well as therapeutic considerations. She has experience assisting clients living with depression, anxiety, PTSD and stress/burnout – providing a sense of relaxation and well-being using a variety of Swedish Massage Techniques.

In her free time, she is either in a dance studio, on her bike or in the mountains enjoying hiking or nordic skiing.
Pam can direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross as well as many other Insurance Plans but does not accept patients with active ICBC claims.

The heat of the hot stones creates an ultra-relaxing massage because it radiates quickly and deeply into the muscles, to melt away tension. Often times, with consent from the client, cold marble stones will be introduced to alleviate pain or inflammation. Most often, cold stones will be alternated with hot stones to help to flush out tissues, open energy and bring fresh oxygen and nutrition to the treated area. The treatment is customized to the needs of each client. Hot & Cold Stone massage may help muscles relax more quickly then traditional massage. ( 60 min $120 or 90 min $175 available )

This is a fully body massage where the practitioner primarily uses the hot stones in their hands to perform the massage. There will be hot stones placed under or on the body as well during the session. It is a great way to relax, increase your circulation to the muscle tissue, and detoxify.
